After you login to your GIBRALTAR CAPITAL account, click on ‘Premier Club IPO Center’. You will be provided a list of available offerings through GIBRALTAR CAPITAL'S IPO Program. If you have an account with another broker, please follow its guidelines.

Select the offering you would like to purchase. Enter the number of shares or investment units you’d like to order and determine the Divestiture Schedule you’d like to select for your IPO investment. Submit your bid.

You can submit multiple orders (up to the maximum number shares or investment units allowed). To do so, simply return to the ‘IPO Subscription’ section and repeat the process.
