How it works

GIBRALTAR CAPITAL often invests in private companies – both early stage venture capital investments and later stage investments, including leveraged buyouts. GIBRALTAR CAPITAL typically co-invests with other investors in such deals. The firm generally makes available a portion of each private deal to GIBRALTAR CAPITAL brokerage account holders. GIBRALTAR CAPITAL receives 20% of the profits on the syndicated portion of each deal and a 2% management fee. Typically, we only offer these opportunities to Account Holders – registering for our Private Investment Service.
