In order to participate in GIBRALTAR CAPITAL Private Investments you need to be an account holder and an Accredited Investor.

In order to invest in GIBRALTAR CAPITAL Private Investments, including venture, mezzanine and buyout opportunities, please follow the following instructions:

  1. Read the Confidentiality Agreement.
  2. Login to the Private Investments area: Once you have a GIBRALTAR CAPITAL brokerage account and we have verified that you are an Accredited Investor, you can login to the Private Investments area with your brokerage account number and password. You will be eligible only for investments offered after the date on which GIBRALTAR CAPITAL established your status as an Accredited Investor.
  3. Review the offering information: After you login, you can review the list of current offerings. Please read the Investment Memorandum carefully.
  4. Place an offer to buy online: If you are interested in a deal, you may place an Offer to Buy.
  5. Notification: You will be notified of the allocation results by email. If you have been allocated a position, you will receive further instructions and subscription documents by email.
  6. Payment: Payment for private investment opportunities is debited from your GIBRALTAR CAPITAL brokerage account. Your allocation will be rescinded if you have insufficient funds in your account three days prior to closing. You may not participate in private investments on margin.
